TRISH DODSON

Trish has always been interested in making art. She went to Indiana University of Pennsylvania for both her undergraduate degree in Art Education as well as her Masters in Art. She has given many workshops on making paper and had several local shows of her work. Her artwork can be found in collections from Massachusetts to Florida and Minnesota to London, England. She has been very involved in the Indiana Art Association, having founded the yearly summer Arts Camp for local students in
grades 1-12.

Trish has several different pieces in our gallery in an array of media. Above is an acrylic piece entitled A Good Day at Yellow Creek, where the viewer joins the lone kayaker on the lake. Trish also has a collection of pieces created from handmade paper. Some favorites include a series of pins called Trish’s Fishes and Birds at Play. All of her works are vivid and colorful depictions of landscapes and nature, and we have no doubt she has a piece to suit every taste!
